2) Setup your LLC (Your 1st Company!)**

  • Researched and selected a unique business name
  • Filed the Articles of Organization for your LLC
  • Obtained an EIN Number

  • Applied for a Business Credit Card (optional)
  • Filed your W-9

**This course will take you through the process of forming your company but the state has to approve your Articles of Organization paperwork which varies by state and can take anywhere from days to 8 weeks
