How do I enroll in a course/program?

Do I need to be a musician or artist to to take the LLC Launchpad course?

Definitely Not!! We purposely designed this course to not be specific to music or art. it covers broad topics and the steps to forming an LLC in the course can be applied to any business or field.


Will there be any additional costs once enrolled in the LLC Launchpad course?

YES... The additional costs are not paid to us and include traditional of startup expenses when forming a business. In the course we, give you access to a pdf of the expected start up costs as well as spreadsheet to track your maintenance expenses. Expect to spend an additional $400-$500 on LLC formation costs initially on the low end or $800-$1000 if your state filing fee is high filing fee for your LLC (see how much your state fee is: My State Filing Fee) .


In the LLC Launchpad course, do we form the LLC for you?

NO. We will instruct you on how to file for it yourself within your state or use a 3rd party service to do file for you (Recommended Route for increased privacy)


How do I Join the Audiophilic Academy Community?

Once accepted into the program and enrolled, you will be sent an invitation to join our exclusive and private collaborative learning communit. You will also be able to access it by clicking "Community" at the top right of your screen after logging in. This will appear after enrolling.


What is your refund policy?

If you are unsatisfied with a course, as stated in the Teachable Terms of Use, if a school is using one of Teachable’s payment gateways (i.e., teachable:pay or the Monthly Payment Gateway), then their students are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of their initial payment for course purchases. The 14-day default student refund policy is effective August 25, 2023 and is a Teachable policy. Audiophilic Academy and Chase Summers can not make exceptions unfortuantely.


How long will I have access to a purchased course/program?

You will have access to the course for at least 1 year from the date of purchase


What do I do if I have questions during a course/program?

1) See if someone has asked the same question in the Audiophilic Academy Community.

2) If you cant find the answer, post a question to the community

3) If you still cant find an answer to your question, you can ask your instructor during Office Hours. Keep in mind we are not attorneys or financial advisor so please seek professional expertise for questions specific to your state or financial situation


Is there a specific start and end date for the courses, or is it self-paced?

Our courses are self-paced and can be completed at your own convenience. We recommend sticking to a consistent schedule, completing the lessons in order, and asking questions to the Audiophilic Academy Community as needed.

My bundle includes coaching. How do I schedule my appointment?

Upon purchasing a bundle that includes coaching, you'll receive further instructions on how to book a time for your appointment.



My bundle includes a 1-month, 3-month, 6-month or 12-month subscription to the Mastermind. What happens at the end of my term?

At the end of the term for your purchased bundle, you will not be charged for any additional months and your membership to the Audiophilic Academy Mastermind Community expires. If you would like to continue your membership, you can purchase either a month-to-month plan or buy a new 3, ,6 or 12 month membership to the Mastermind Community.
